Cucumber Mint Martinis
The perfect way to put those Summer garden goods to libatory use, or impress friends year round with a veg-elicious cocktail! Totally unique, & absolutely hip... this punch-packing liquid salad needs to be sipped. I start by infusing my vodka with fresh cucumber (usually Ketel One, but whatever "shelf" you pull from will do the trick). I then muddle mint directly in my shaker, add ice, pour in the infused vodka, and shake it like a polaroid picture! Pour immediately & garnish with a cucumber slice & mint sprig (perhaps a fork for the weak)... after all, presentation is everything!
